Animated scene for a mixed technique commercial
For the Back to School campaign of Jarir Bookstore, we created an animated shot to give life to a classic child’s dream, combining bold characters with some Captain Tsubasa-inspired stunts.
For the visual style, we went with something that really stands apart from the live-action footage: a classic, animated look inspired by cartoons we all watched as kids, creating a daydream vibe. It brings back those childhood memories of watching cartoons and imagining of being amazing sports champions!
It was interesting to work on the character design
starting from a real child, the combination of filmed
and fictional illustrated world is always very inspiring.
